Military Service Ballot Application

 

Application for Military Service Voter
or
Application by Relative or Friend for a Miltary Service Voter

  1. Fill out application. Applicant must sign where indicated.
  2. If application made by Relative or Friend of Military Service Voter, it must be subscribed and sworn to. If a Military Service Voter is making the application, there is no need to be subscribed and sworn to.
  3. Mail completed application to:
    Morris County Clerk's Office
    P. O. Box 315
    Administration & Records Bldg., 1st Floor
    Morristown, New Jersey 07963-0315

Military and overseas civilian voters can electronically transmit requests for absentee ballots as well as electronically transmit voted ballot materials.

Military &Overseas Applications can be faxed to 973-285-5233 or Email to MorrisCountyClerkElections@Co.Morris.NJ.US

Use of the email submission procedure requires not only a computer,but also a printer and scanner.The submitted application must be submitted as PDF. Please note:If you are not already registered to vote, you must return the form by mail.

Do not return your ballot to the above e-mail address.It will not be counted if imporperly returned.

Information and forms regarding military voter registration and absentee ballots are now available from the Federal Voting Assistance Program at fvap.gov.
