Military and overseas civilian voters can electronically transmit
requests for absentee ballots as well as electronically transmit
voted ballot materials.

Use of the email submission procedure requires not only a computer,
but also a printer and scanner.The submitted application must
be submitted as PDF. Please note:If you are not
already registered to vote, you must return the form by mail.
Do not return your ballot to the above e-mail address.It
will not be counted if imporperly returned.
Information and forms regarding overseas voter registration
and absentee ballots are now available from the Federal
Voting Assistance Program at fvap.gov.
