New Passport Card

Customers now have the option to apply for PassportBook,a PassportCard,Or Both on the DS-11,DS-82 and DS-5504 forms.The Passport Card may only be used for land and sea travel between the United States and Canada,Mexico,Bermuda and the Caribbean.The Passport Card will provide a Less expensive,smaller and more convenient alternative for those who travel to these destinations.

Passport Card is valid for 10 years for adults and for 5 years for minors.

• The Fee for an adult passport card is $45.00.Bring a check for $20.00 payable to U.S.Department of State along with $25.00 in cash or check payable to Morris County Clerk.
• The Fee for a child's passport is $35.00 .Bring a check for $10.00 made payable to U.S. Department of State along with $25.00 in cash or check payable to Morris County Clerk
• Cost for Passport holders is $20.00.Bring a check for $20.00 payable to U.S. Department of State.
• When applying for both document at the same time, the cost for first time adult applicants is $120.00.Bring a check for $95.00 payable to U.S.Department of State along with $25.00 in cash or check payable to Morris County Clerk.
• When applying for both document at the same time, the cost for first time child applicants is $95.00.Bring a check for $70.00 payable to U.S.Department of State along with $25.00 in cash or check payable to Morris County Clerk.
